What will the dental appliance cost?
All appliances are pre-estimated through medical insurance. We will need your ID, medical insurance card, sleep study and prescription from your sleep physician to pre-estimate through your medical insurance.
How many appointments are needed?
Only a few appointments are needed. It is important to ensure the appliance relieves the OSA.
